My History
Our company offers a one-stop real estate service designed to adapt to the changing life stages of our clients. From my student days, I have aspired to be an entrepreneur, guided by a fundamental principle: while generating profit is essential, integrity takes precedence. I firmly believe that our commitment to serving customers will ultimately reflect in our profits. That's why I consistently strive to view our business through the lens of the customer and provide services that meet their needs. Through my direct interactions with clients, I have grown increasingly convinced of the significance of this approach.
Pursuing only short-term profits yields only immediate results. Keeping this firmly in mind, we remained committed to providing our customers with value that exceeded our prices, even during the unstable times of the COVID-19 pandemic. This commitment was not just my responsibility; our employees also focused on delivering solutions they believed in. While I consider integrity towards our customers and staff to be essential, I do not hold rigid views on business methods. This flexibility allowed us to quickly transition between offline and online operations and implement telework smoothly during the pandemic. As a result of our unwavering commitment and adaptability, we achieved annual sales of 15 billion yen in 2022. We are also grateful to have been recognized for two consecutive years in the "Asia-Pacific High-Growth Companies 2022-2023" rankings, highlighting our success as a rapidly growing company in the region.
The Present
We are no longer focusing solely on Japan but are now incorporating insights from various countries. This shift has made me realize that while we previously concentrated exclusively on the Japanese market, expanding globally requires us to consider many interconnected factors, such as economic conditions, religion, politics, and currency risks. Unlike the relative simplicity of operating within Japan, entering international markets brings added complexities.
As we broaden our horizons, I’ve often been reminded of the remarkable qualities of Japan and its people. For example, our meticulous work ethic and advanced technical skills are highly valued and in demand, which gives me confidence that we can compete globally. For me, expanding overseas isn’t just a major challenge; it’s also an opportunity to increase our options. I view the world as an extension of the business we’ve built in Japan.
We are currently in the early stages of expanding overseas, and my goal is to grow our business in a way that benefits people from all walks of life. I also understand that our services are deeply connected to the needs of everyday life. We offer what we do because there is a genuine demand, and our work is valued. Our aim is to provide more than just competitive pricing—we strive to deliver meaningful value. By staying true to our principles of integrity and purpose, we will continue to work diligently towards achieving our goals.
For the Future
I believe that time is finite and incredibly valuable. Looking back at my journey so far, I realize that five years from now, the way I value my experiences will likely be entirely different. I see time as a vital factor that shapes the richness of our lives, influenced by where we are, who we are with, and how we choose to spend those moments.
Reflecting on 2024, I see it as a year where our efforts were truly recognized, earning us a prestigious global award and strengthening our commitment to globalization. As a company, we've closed our first chapter and embarked on the second, and I strongly feel we're in a transformative phase. The future is full of potential, and I hope everyone is excited for the growth that lies ahead. One of our immediate goals is to prepare for going public. While we expect challenges, I see them as opportunities to showcase our true capabilities. Looking ahead, my aim is to actively expand not just in Japan, but also in international markets as a public company.
